The Iowa Wine Experience is hosted in Grandfather’s Barn up on the hill at the Iowa State Fairgrounds in Des Moines, Iowa, throughout the 11 days of the Iowa State Fair and features educational displays, wine tasting, the Commercial Wine Competition display, kids activities and more.

Each year, the Iowa Wine Growers Association hosts an annual conference, bringing together more than 100 winemakers, grape growers and others in our industry from across the Midwest for an opportunity to learn what's new in the industry, network with colleagues and have some fun.
